    This place is getting better and better. Went for lunch this Tuesday just as they were opening. The Hot and Sour soup was some of the most flavorful I have ever eaten anywhere. The won ton's were slightly over cooked, slightly, but the broth was really tasty, I went back for a second bowl. The sui mei tasted just like at Yank Sing in San Francisco and there was shrimp in the har gow.

    The wasabi was really hot, my taste buds really exploded. WOW! I dream about that. Broccoli was crisp and fresh.

    I wonder if Fu Zhou will start including more Dim Sum items at the Buffet?  I'd like to see some turnip pudding and chicken claw, maybe some chive dumpling?

    Our lunch today was spectacular. If you haven't tried Fu Zhou in a while you might want to check it out again.

    First time here and at first I was impressed with the selection. But as I tried many different items, I was not as impressed.  The annoying part was so many items were not labeled and I missed a lot to try just how it was set up.  

    I will say the chow mein was really good. The beef in the other selections was tough.  I literally spit whatever sushi roll into a napkin as it had a funny taste

    A lot of the food, mostly seafood, was bland and tasteless.  The calamari was so chewy I could not eat it.

    It really needs a good clean up and the bathrooms were disgusting

    Sure was hoping for a good buffet , but this just wasn't worth going back.

    I gotta say this is the worst buffet i've been too. Since they're not as common anymore, thought i'd give this one a chance. That was my mistake. i should have just walked out as soon as i saw the 5 dollar charge if you didn't finish your food. Maybe if the food was good, people would finish what's on their plate. Food was just very plain. no flavor. Drives me nuts that they bring the check to you so quickly. Never again. 0 Stars

    I am giving this place a 5 star rating for several reasons. 1) it's clean. 2) the servers are very nice 3) the food was fresh and tasty for a buffet 4) bathrooms clean 5) price was right 6) crab! Who has all you can eat crab? And it was awesome. I didn't try everything but I tried a lot and it was all very good. I do not understand the complaints you def get what you pay for and then some!
